A few days ago I wasn’t feeling well, so I decided to step outside to lighten my soul and leave the weight of all thoughts behind. Autumn trailed softly around me. I held my own hand as I walked, breathing the crisp air. For me, the world was blue—a rare, tender blue. Along the path, I embraced every flower, closed my eyes, and surrendered myself to the blossoms, to the air, to autumn, to the mist, to the sky… until I could gently whisper again: I am.
