Silent scream in red

This painting is my raw release. Red stains of anger on a face that’s tired of staying quiet. I’m angry at politics, at power-hungry men, and at wars that never end. I just want to live freely in my own land as a mother and an artist — nothing more. But when the anger builds up, I come to the canvas and let it out. This is how I breathe. This is how I stay sane.
